"Wish I’d checked here sooner"
I found some really good deals, the prices are still fair. Kind of regret not looking here earlier, because I probably could’ve saved myself some money. Can’t complain at all.

I tried scheduling a pickup through salvationarmy.org, it turned into way more of a headache than it should have been. The pickup time kept changing with barely any notice, so I ended up waiting around not knowing what was actually happening. When I reached out to ask for an update, I couldn’t get a real answer from anyone. Like, how is this okay? It just felt really disrespectful of my time and left me super frustrated

Most of the stuff I got was in better shape than I expected. One shirt had a tiny bit of wear, but nothing too bad. Overall, I’m happy with the quality for what I paid...

"Pickup was right on time"
I booked a donation pickup through salvationarmy.org, it went smoothly. They showed up right when they said they would, which I always appreciate. The driver called ahead, picked everything up quickly, and there wasn’t any hassle at all. Solid experience overall, I’d use them again.

"Good idea, but it doesn’t seem to reach far enough"
I do like what they’re trying to do with their programs, I really do, but in my area it just feels like the help isn’t reaching that many people. Like, people are still waiting forever and then when you try to find clear info it’s, well, it’s kind of frustrating. For an organization this big, I guess I just expected it to feel more organized and make a bigger difference locally.

"Good experience, but not exactly what I expected"
I volunteered last winter and overall had a good experience. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated. I did expect the sign-up process to be a bit more straightforward, though, and it ended up being more confusing than I thought it would be. Still glad I did it, but clearer instructions would make a big difference.

"Donating My Clothes Was Super Easy"
I had a few bags of clothes sitting around that I’d been meaning to donate, so I decided to try doing it online. The whole process was quicker than I expected. I just scheduled a pickup, picked a time that worked for me, and that was pretty much it. No hassle, no back-and-forth, just an easy way to get the clothes out of the house and donate them.

"Felt stuck, but they helped fast"
I had a question about a donation pickup and felt kind of trapped because I wasn’t sure if I filled out the form the right way or if I’d messed something up. I reached out to Salvation Army through the site and got a reply way faster than I expected, actually the same day.

The person who answered was really nice and explained what I needed to do without making it more confusing. Everything got sorted out quickly, and they even followed up after, which I appreciated. Good service overall.

"pretty easy site to use"
i found what i needed without too much hassle. the donation pages loaded fine, but i do wish some of the menu links were a little clearer on mobile.

"Really nice staff"
The staff were genuinely so polite and helpful, and it made the whole visit feel a lot less stressful. I always appreciate when people are kind and patient, because it really does make you feel taken care of.

"Clean and easy to browse"
I stopped by my local Salvation Army it was nice to look around. The floors were swept, the clothing racks didn’t feel dusty, and even the fitting area was in decent shape. A few shelves were kind of messy, but not in a big way or anything that bothered me. For a thrift store, it felt well taken care of, and I’d definitely go back.
